New workshop neighbour

Last week, this old man came to the workshop; this week also. I don’t know who he is. I looked into the sign-in sheet but apparently he didn’t sign in last week. I thought he was Portuguese, but due to some interaction this week, I think he’s English (by accent). But I really don’t know what he’s trying to do.

It seems like he’s working on molds, but he also had to use the wheel today to trim something. His back is severely bent (working a lot hunched over?) and he walks like he doesn’t have good balance. So when he wanted to work on the wheel and the wheels weren’t cooperating, I just had to go help him figure out the plugs and electricity (it looked like a bad idea for him to crouch down on the floor to sort that out).

Anyway, I guess if he continues to go then I’ll eventually see what he is working on. I’m just curious because for the longest of time, I’ve been the only person hanging around the workshop on Saturdays. They’ve posted the new schedule for summer and cut out all the morning sessions, except for Saturdays, which I think they’ve kept it for me (haha).
