Underglaze woes | Brownie

The cracking! Master S first said to just sand the sharp edges down then heat it with the heat gun and then brush a thin layer of underglaze or glaze again. I did so but it looked just… like that. Asked him again and he now says it’ll have to go into the kiln again. Ha…? Then I’ll get on to that later.
